FLAT ROOF BEARING FLOOR


It is possible to build flat roofs with Manni Green Tech structural profiles with floor spans from 4 to 8m*. The structural stiffness is provided by the Manni Green Tech profile + LG20 corrugated sheet. Insulating material is placed in the gap between the structures, according to the required performance. The internal finish and external waterproofing layers can be built according to the requested performance.

FLAT ROOF LOAD BEARING FLOOR with Green Roof ISOPAN SYSTEM


By combining the two ISOPAN and Manni Green Tech technologies it is possible to build walk-on flat roofs with green roof finish and Manni Green Tech structural profiles. The structures adapt perfectly to the Isopan Green Roof system. Easy and quick assembly are among the main benefits of the construction package, in addition to all of the energy saving advantages and improved performance linked to the green roof.

LOAD BEARING FLOOR WITH INCLINED PITCH ROOF

Manni Green Tech structural beams with 60cm or 40cm pitch sitting on the structural walls create the required shape of the inclined pitch. Insulating material is placed in the gap between the structures, according to the required performance. The beams are finished internally with Manni Green Tech gypsum coated slabs and feature customisable plaster finish. Outside, the roof and waterproofing elements can be built by laying tiles, sheets of various kinds or other finishes of your choice.
